Free Entry

We do not ask you for anything to join the Sardinia4Rent portal, not even an exclusive. Our variable fee applies exclusively to bookings received through our site. You can start promoting your property at no initial cost, you only pay when you have earned

Autonomy

You have complete control over your advertisements via the reserved area. You can enter customised descriptions, photographs and prices for each day, allowing you to manage seasonality and weekends flexibly and precisely. The platform gives you the freedom to update and modify information according to your needs.

Automated Payments

We manage the entire booking process and take care of cashing in on your behalf. We automatically transfer the collected amounts to your bank account a few days after checkout. In addition, we make the required withholding tax deductions on rentals and provide the necessary certification for your accounting.

Calendar Synchronisation

We offer access to our calendar at no cost. You can automate the propagation of information to other platforms and, at the same time, update our calendar by taking information from the calendars of the portals you collaborate with, using standard iCal formats.

Simplified Activation

To create an account, log in to our site and complete the registration procedure. Once you have gained access, you will be able to start placing your advertisements. Registration requires your initial identification and written proof that you can dispose of the rental object. This proof may include documents such as a land registry survey or a lease agreement.
